Game not running smoothly

Pc specs - r3 1200 oc , 8 gb ram , 1050ti oc .

All games run smoothly except fortnite. The game stutters randomly and it does not feel like 60 fps. The best settings so far i could find were enabling vsync , anti alaising on high. What changes shall i make to the nvidia control pannel and ingame settings to make it run smoothly cause i know my rig is capable of that.

WE NEED MORE SPECS! Those should be plenty powerful of running it on epic at 70-80 fps, so must be another issue.

120 gb ssd (fortnite installed) , 1tb hhd (all other games) ,450w psu , gigabyte b350 mobo.

Also every post says to turn off vsync but i get jagged lines when i do so.

I get 150-200 ping as i live in India. I have good internet 40mbps down and 10 up . Also wired.
