Graphics card drivers uninstalling?

so for some reason i have to reinstall the same graphics card update almost everything day (the 4/25/18) i keep getting a direct X error when ever i try to play a game after i start up my computer which tells me that im missing a direct x install and that i should update my graphics drivers 
any idea whats happening ?
