Internet Intermittency

Hi guys, was wondering if you could give me an idea of wtf is going on.

 

So ive got Ubiquiti AP-Unifi USG - Netgear 24 prosafe switch - optus modem.

 

The issue ive been experiencing is that some web pages for some reason take a long time to load or dont load at all and on chrome it shows ERR DISCONECTED or something along those lines that shows the webpage doesn't load. But when i say do the same thing on my phone with Optus 4G it loads instantly so i'm not exactly sure if it's on the USG blocking the connection which it didnt before or if it's coming out of Optus internet end. The webpage eventually loads after one or two refreshes...
