Resizing problems with streaming games on TV

Hi, I have a Xbox Bluetooth controler and it works perfectly fine with my PC, but when I stream games to my TV they are really hard to play. I noticed that the window of the game is not resized for the TV display. Everything in the game looked small and hard to see. I searched in the internet on how to solve the problem, but I don't really know how to ask the question, that is why I am here. If anyone knows what should I do, please reply under the topic.

Do you mean the text on UI elements?

Most PC games are designed to be played a foot or two away from a screen.

1080P at 2 feet and 24 inches is VERY different than 1080P at 12 feet and 60 inches.

see if the game has UI scaling options.

I am playing GTA 5 on my PC and I searched for this kind of a setting, but I wasn't able to find it. I tought that there may be some kind of a third-party program that could solve the problem.

There isnt unfortunately.  you might try running GTA at a lower res... which will make UI elements larger and then scaling up the 3D elements in the settings.  but that may not look as crisp.
