mouse and keyboard freeze after 10 minutes

Okey, this is really weird. I build a computer recently and it worked fine. But now a few weeks later it has some problems.

After about 10 minutes the computer appears to completely lock up, but it's not. If I keep task manager open it still goes, also the clock still ticks.
But the mouse cursor disappears, and keyboard stops working.
This happens in windows, in save mode and in the UEFI!

So the computer doesn't lock up. but every possible input does. Even if I connect over team viewer it locks and disconnects. 
So it seems like all controllers ( USB, Ethernet, PCIe ) lock up. But I have no clue how.

It's a new Ryzen 2200G system, in an ASRock AB350M Pro4 mobo with 8 GB of crucial ddr4

Any suggestions?
