I'd re-word that to "Do you think the GPU shortage..." like the other questions.  I think it should be probing for an opinion.  I don't normally correct grammar like that but hope it helps your project.

also a tip, to make your presentation standout, don't do a power point and talk over it, been done to death

the way i did it was make a full video (5-10 mins long depending on the assignment's requirements) with full voice over and video editing and i got a higher grade than most and also was in the league of the higher educated peers in terms of grades, just because i did it differently...

if you have just started the assignment, do this... i don't care if i get credit, this will help you out quite a lot mate and thats what matters...
