Will this build work?

Will all the components I've picked for this build work together?

By will it work together I mean will I be able to mount cooler master liquid cooler in this case
Also will the motherboard fit in this case with all the other components.

They are the two main things I'm unsure about

Looks good, you might be able to save some money on the motherboard and PSU (550w unit).

Yes it'll work... a few notes are, more PSU than you need a 550w would be enough, and  the GTX 1080 is a in a odd place right now as an overclocked 1070 Ti is just as good for cheaper making the 1080 Ti the true senseful card if you want to step up.

I would go for Samsung EVO SSD, Crucial is junk. Had some die within a few months.
