z97 motherboard msi led jbat1 flashing PC wont power

Not sure what the exact specs are, isn't my PC helping a friend his PC has been working for about 5 it's been working fine, with little issues he turned it off yesterday came home from work, and it wont power on, the LED it rapidly flashing the manual just says it a debug LED with very little info, We've tired reseating RAM, GPU brought a whole new PSU and put that in reset CMOS still nothing, the LED just keeps on flashing.

Provide us some details about the rig.

Most importantly, what motherboard is it and how many flashes are you getting from that LED light?

What post codes are you seeing on the screen while attempting a boot? Bottom right hand corner.
