Push/pull has no benefit

No one's mentioned it yet, but you'll want SP120s instead of AF120s. AFs are optimized for airflow, while SPs are optimized for heat sinks/radiators. That means your H100i will cool your CPU better with the SPs than the AFs.

 

As for push/pull, it's probably not gonna make much difference except for in your pocketbook since you'll have to buy twice as many fans as you would if you just did push or pull.
