Is this benchmark performance graph stable or not?

I am just wondering, if this benchmark graph from using Superposition benchmark (UNIGINE) is good enough, or should graphic performance be at 100% all the time (straight line)?. I am asking because i have microstutter in all games and have to figure out the cause.

It looks OK to me. I usually have the same thing when I run benchmarks and I don't have any micro stuttering. Slight decreases in the core clock shouldn't cause micro stuttering.

Ok thx, because when i run CPU stress test i get 100% all the time. So gpu has little drecreases in clock rate even under stress test, right?
