Runtime Error! Program C:\Windows\system32\LogonUI.exe

Hi i am having a problem with my Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit wen i start my pc i cant login it just gives my Runtime Error! Program C:\Windows\system32\LogonUI.exe wen ever i start my pc.

 

And i cant use automatic system repair tool it just gives me a error.

 

My specs are

CPU: Intel Core I5 6600K

RAM: Hyperx Fury 16GB DDR4

MOTHERBOARD: Asus z170 ITX

GPU: Geforce GTX 1060 6GB

Its prob corrupted or missing, either way you should run SFC (system file checker) from your recovery USB or partition to see if that can fix it.

Just load up the command prompt instead of the automatic checker and run:

sfc /scannow

I ran scf /scannow and it says Windows Recourse Protection could not preform the requested operation.

Quote me or anyone else if you want them to see it. Otherwise you'll just get buried beneath other posts

anyway. First try this:

sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows (note that the assumes that windows is installed on the c drive in windows, if not adjust it)

Okay i some how manged to boot and login and i had to restart and now i cant login any more i get sent back to the login screen right after tryping in my password
