basic Computer build

I am looking to build a computer for some basic tasks and some webGL rendering. 

The pc should be twice as powerful or more as an macbook pro 13 inch retina 2014 edition. 

max budget is €850. 

 

I already have a 600W power supply and a 120 gb ssd and a case.  

The operating system that it will be running is linux. 

 

This is what i have so far: 

I would love to hear if this is a good setup / good value for price and if everything is compatible / doesn't bottleneck.

8700k with such a good cpu cooler and high frequency ram shouldn't be paired with an H310 mobo that doesn't support OCing or ram above 2666 MHz. I would throw out the cpu cooler, get cheaper ram, and go for an 8700 instead. As well, I would get a new psu, since your probably isn't very good...

 

Is the gpu not very important? I have to assume so since you chose one pretty low end compared to the cpu.
