You need a sound card with 5.1 output.

Or if you don't care about surround and just want audio to come out of all speakers, you can just use a few 3.5mm splitters to take your main audio output to the 3 jacks on the back of the sound system.

Your motherboard has a 7.1 audio codec on it, but you don't have the physical ports on the back to support it...which seems like a really freakin' dumb design decision.

 

The only way to use surround sound speakers properly on your motherboard appears to be using both the rear audio and front audio jacks in tandem with a special configuration because otherwise you don't have the ports.  The manual talks about it pretty early on:
