What is the problem? You are seeing 60 fps. The game is outputting 140 fps. What monitor do you have?

Are the settings the same on benchmark as in game? If not, set them the same.

So what you're telling me is that your fps should be 140 fps, but you're only seeing 50-60 fps?

Depends on what's going on in the game.
