  1. Why do you have a workstation video card?
  2. Don't get Windows OEM.
  3. Can you really get away with such little storage?
  4. The RAM seems a little high price wise, though I haven't really looked to see what 64GB kits cost.

For a workstation, yes, other than the slow SATA SSD. I expect an NVMe SSD there.
