Define r6 fan controller

Any PWM header will work. And using right tools (depending on your board), you can also control the fans from within the OS.

If the Fan controller is controlling CPU fans (for a lot of AIO fans for example) use the CPU fan header.

If the fan controller will only be controlling case fans, use a PWM header on the motherboard (usually marked sys-fan#, # being the number fan header, there's usually 2 or 3 on an ATX mobo for example)
