Hey guys,

I'm new to pc building and I'm wondering if the build that i have in my mind can be build and it is really possible.

here i got everything selected Click me,

I'm not sure of the power supply and i get a error " The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled. "

I just want a good looking pc, i live in Europe (Belgium), and i don't know if everything would work here.

It is just for gaming (fps), trying to aim for a build like this: Click me

If you have suggestions that would be great, please keep it around 2k

And please confirm if it is possible to fit everything in here or tell me what is wrong with this build :)

First of all, what do you mean by keeping it around 2K? Can you give me a specific resolution that you would want to play at? If you want to play at 1440p you will be able to do that no problem and 1080p will be a breeze.

I'm not too sure about the error that you got, maybe that the M.2 slot is in the way of one of the SATA ports. You will have to look into that more.

But the PSU may be a little overkill since you only have to use just over 400W, maybe a 650W so then if you do still want to upgrade to maybe a 1080 in the future, then you have good upgradability paths.

My Current PC (The Starter):

CPU - Ryzen 3 2200G | GPU - Radeon Vega 8 | Motherboard - Asrock AB350M Pro4 Micro ATX | RAM - G.Skill Ripjaw V Series 2x8GB DDR4-2400 | Case - Cougar MX330 | Storage - Kingston A400 120GB SSD and WD Blue 1TB HDD | PSU - EVGA 500W PSU | Cooling - AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler |

My MacBook (The Forum-Master):

CPU - Intel Core i5 (dual-core) | GPU - Intel HD 3000 Graphics | RAM - 2x2GB DDR3-1666 | Storage - 320GB SATA Disk

Old Laptop (The Roblox Beast):

CPU - AMD A8-4555M | GPU - Radeon HD 7600G | RAM - 8GB | Storage - 1TB HDD

Well what type of resolution are you gaming at? At what refresh rates?

Assuming its at like 1440p @ 144hz, then you'll be fine. Since you seem to have a high budget I would get the 8700k and its needed motherboard, buy W10 from kinguin for around $25, and upgrade to a 1080 or 1080ti if it fits. That power supply is kind of overkill, just get anything from the tier 1 of the power supply list, 650W should do, even 550.

Also why the m.2?

Someone said a M.2 SSD would boot your w10 really fast so thats why i would trow it in there.

Is it really that big of a differents?

If someone said that, they have absolutely no clue about what they're talking about. It won't make a difference, neither for boot times, nor for game load times. The max sequential speed is faster than for SATA SSDs, but that doesn't matter in those cases. And I'm assuming they meant NVMe drives, and not M.2 drives.

M.2 is a form factor (just like 2,5" and 3,5"). You can get both NVMe and SATA M.2 drives.

:)

So removing the M.2 and adding a other sata would not make a differents ?

No. Also quote us or at least tag so we can see the reply.

I mean with a budget like this you could get MUCH more HDD storage for  the same price, at the price of speed and reliability. But for photos and other mass-media, it should be fine. But you don't really need 500gb for an OS, 120gb at max for the OS alone. I would only recommend an additional 500 ssd for games + OS if youre getting a bigger HDD.

You could go for a 1-2tb hdd (Photos, recordings, etc) and a 500gb ssd for (OS and Games)
