I have a WAMP server setup, and a joomla site installed on it. I secured it with OpenSSL.

When i open it in chrome it says its not safe and it doesnt trust the certificate (im just guessing thats chrome and i cant fix that, if i can please tell how aswell).

I can also open the site as http://localhost (or http://ip when connecting from a different computer on the same network), but i want to make it so it will automatically redirect to https://localhost (or https://ip). How can i do that?
