What is everyone's preferences when it comes to liquid cooling coolants.

 

Should i just get distilled water?

 

Should i get this stuff? red blood stuff

 

I like the red blood stuff but not sure if its any good.

According to JayzTwoCents, if you get distilled water, use an antigrowth such as PT Nuke.
