I would imagine it will work to start with, but will leak after a while due to lateral pressure on the fittings, maybe creating a gap on the o-ring inside the fitting?

the thing is even though i put the smallest extender i have(8mm) then it gets to high instead of to small. so i have no idea on how to do this

id go with straight fittings on the blocks. then 2 90 degree compression fitting elbows.  either that or use two different sized extenders

you could try and bend either a 90 or maybe a 180, although not sure you could get the radius tight enough, have the fittings point away from each other and then the tube would come in straight to each fitting, while being able to drop a little on the way round, kind of like the flat run in mine, all be it not soft tubing and I had more space, see if that works?

I think he means it would go block, straight fitting with a very short tube going up, 90 fitting across then repeat down, but with slightly longer tube

pretty much only those 2 in the pic and like 3 extenders. and nothing works. i thought the mobo block and cpu block would be save hight. as they are both made from ek

whats the order of the rest of the loop, could you do something different to avoid that connection, I just feel that sooner or later the outer edge is gonna leak on one of those fittings, where the internal o-ring is being pushed.

Not really. No matter what will the mobo come before cpu

I second this, as it preserves the look you are going for.

Buy more then. This happens often enough. You think something will work, but once you actually start it you find out it just doesn't. I overlooked one corner as well so I had to order a single 90 degree extra.

which fitting will i then need. i tried to extend it with the smallest extender fitting i could find. and that was to much...

Hmm apparently EK doesn't have one of those nice 90 degree bend fittings so you could do with these:

https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-hdc-fitting-12mm-g1-4-nickel

https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-af-angled-90-2f-g1-4-nickel

Have straight fittings coming out of the blocks and connect them to two 90 degree constructions with tubing.

i now made a longer piece of pipe and made it go all the way into the fitting and fastened them as much as i could. its pretty hard to move. but i dont know if it still will work. it does not look as extreme irl31290784_10211361017290114_9209573359199715328_n.jpg.a7cd6153ac0728e848ca248f2a14907c.jpg

What people are suggesting makes more sense if you want to avoid possible leak issues.

Run a straight fitting out of both of those items. Then measure the difference in the height. Cut two small pieces of hard tubing with one having the difference subtracted from it.  So now you have one piece slightly longer that would go on the left, and one slightly shorted that would go on the right.  Then you would run 2 -90 degree elbows at the top, and then one little piece of hard tubing to connect them.  This would give you the right height and preserve the look you are going for.

This is very crude and is a terrible example, but hopefully gets the point they are making across.
