if that cooler doesn't use fittings i would not try.

 

check out cablemod aio sleeving if you want the tubes white, might be a good option

Needless to say you will void the living hell out of any applicable warranty and any destroyed components from leaks would be on you.

 

I don't recommend it. If you really want clear tubing, pastel coolant, etc go custom loop.

yeah ill probably hold up until I can afford a ekwb kit

You quoted yourself. 

Are you referring to the sleeving? It just wraps around the tubing. The only incompatbility you should worry about is the sleeving not being long enough.
