GPU Not Detected In Server

I am attempting to use an EVGA GeForce 660 as a rendering card on my home server. Unfortunately, no matter what I do, I can not get it to show up in the device manager. I've verified that the GPU works, I've verified that the power supply works, I've verified that the PCIe slot it's occupying works fine. I've even tried one of those dummy plugs on the GPU to see if the server will detect it and no luck. At this point, I'm turning to you fine people. Do you have any idea how to make this work?

If you plug a display into the server is it outputting through onboard graphics or the GPU?

It has in the past, but I currently connect to it through remote desktop.

EVGA 660 Superclocked

Various storage devices

I've plugged my monitor into the GPU in the server, but it still shows up as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter"
