Windows 10 *slow* internet

Trying to see if anyone else has noticed anything like this. On all of my devices I can hit my rated speed of 300/12 except windows.

 

From phone:

 

None of my Windows 10 pcs will do much more than 150mbps. This has been since the last two cumulative updates I believe. Tested this on 4 windows 10 pcs. Also, checked the difference between Chrome and Edge. Same results. Wired or wireless, with or without the router, same results.

 

And ideas?

Do you have an SSD as your boot drive? Asking because speedtest results are affected by the computer's performance as well as networking related things. If your CPU is a potato, or you have a slow HDD acting as the boot drive wherever your web browser is installed, this can limit the speeds since an HDD can't normally write files faster than around 180mbps tops under normal conditions. Your other devices are reaching those speeds (on the 5GHz network, I assume) because they have flash based storage in them.
