Hello,

 

My question is in regards to google plus business pages. Someone has been creating multiple fake google accounts in order to leave negative reviews on the google plus pages of competing businesses in my area. The reviews are not only criticizing these other businesses, but saying that people should use my business instead. Is there anything that can be done to stop this? Is there a way where I can be alerted when a new review is written on a google plus page that uses my business name?

You'll have to report them to google and try to contact them directly. Someone is most certainly trying to sabotage your business and they should be able to help.

To add to Lurick's comment, report the comments as having a conflict of interest. People are not permitted to advertise other businesses in their reviews.
