It will work, but there are a good amount of games that you will probably be bottlenecked by your CPU in.

No. Huge bottleneck. Minimum of i5 6400 to get a good balance.

Your CPU will bottleneck it. If you can save up, or have a higher budget, the community could give you some upgrade options for your processor as well.

Thanks for informing me about the bottleneck! Although, I was planning to upgrade to a new Intel based system and I really am not good with Intel but would be very helpful if anybody could give a good budget options that'll work well with the GTX 1060.

It's not the best tool, but it gives a rough estimate of what's bottlenecking what.
