Hi ppl,

So I have a Ryzen 1600 HTPC taht I just reinstalled windows. But only half the memory seems to be usable. See pic below.

I tried msconfig and changing max memory there putting it in unselecting it but it seems that does not affect it.

Any suggestions?

I updated bios to lattest version but that didn't help either.

Try reseating the RAM sticks. Unplug them and plug them back in making sure they're firmly in place and the latches on the sides click in. Also if you have 4 dimm slots on the motherboard try them in the other slots.
