Windows 10 support

Guest

Hi,

I use a really old IBM Intellistation Z Pro Type 9228 and I currently run Windows 7. Each time I try to install Windows 10, or Windows 7, it stops at the spinning circle. The only thing i modified from the original system is adding in a GTX 970. I have tried every online solution and I have also verified that the dual Xeon 5150s that I have can run Windows 10. I have also verified that Windows 10 can run on DDR2 systems and I have 8 GBs of DDR2.  I have also set the BIOS back to its defaults to see if anything would happen. I have done everything I can and Windows 10 will still not run. Is there any possible way of me running Windows 10?

What happens when you put your old GPU back in?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
