Wireless, closed back, (possible mic ?)

Hi, im looking for new headphones to replace my (4th pair, thanks RMA) G933's

I can't really find anything that suits the bill tho.
in order of priority of features, I want : 
MUST : 
Wireless
around ear
closed back

prefferably : 
Mic

has a usb dongle (whatfor school computers n such.)

I will be using them at home & on the go in college.
Budget : 350$cad +-

The Mobius are very promising, I tried a pair and it felt like a good pair of headphones, obviously it's still in pre-order but I think they will be really good. The MDR1000X would be a safer bet, also the Noise Canceling is useful in airplanes or noisy environments.
