That's only an X1 riser and will not have the throughput or be reliable for VR. What you want is to get a full PCI-E 16X risers such as theses:

i dont need it for a gpu, so i wont be using a the full 16x slot, i want it for a pci express usb 3.0 card, which is only 1x, and these adapters wont fit sense i didnt mention that i wont a small one that can fit under the 2 slot gpu cooler because its my only slot
