Internet loads only some websites

Recently I have been having this issue where my internet will load somethings perfectly fine, but others not. Like for example, I can load a 4k video on youtube easily, but sites like imgur and speedtest won't load at all. I've tried restarting my internet and nothing seems to be working. Sites like twitter may load, but it takes longer than it should. I have fios from frontier, and my internet speeds are 60 down/ 60 up.

Clear browser cache. If that doesn't fix it, it might be a dns thing.
