I wanna upgrade my i7 6700 to the ryzen 2700x is it possible to OC my current hyperX 2133mhz ram to 3000mhz to work with ryzen?

No, probably not. That's way too much of an overclock. 

 

It will work with Ryzen though, you don't necessarily need 3000 Mhz RAM for that.

I wouldn't worry about RAM speed exactly, it's not too big of a deal in most cases. Really depends on the game.

Hard to tell really.  Every 2133 kit Ive had hits 2600-2933, but you will have to do lots of fiddling with timings.
