Hi guys, I tried to build a PC with these specs

Intel xeon x3440 processor

Zebronics h55 motherboard

6 gb of ram  (I dont know if its ecc or non ecc ram)

750 ti graphics card

corsair vs450 powersupply

Problem is it doesnt show any display on screen. I tried everything possible, cmos battery and all, even gave it to a repair shop. They tried motherboards from biostar with h55 chipset and it still gives no display on screen. By now i am thinking the processor might be a dead one but also thinking whether the motherboards that were tried were incompatible. the repair shop gave up and i am left with a non functional pc. I used my parents money on it and i dont want it to go waste. Can anybody suggest me a way out? Could it be motherboard compatibility issue or the processor is dead? we tried with an h55 chipset motherboard but it didnt work. Should i try with a p55 chipset motherboard? or should i just buy another processor. Also one more thing do i need special ram to run this processor?? Thanks alot guys.

edit: Different ram and psus were tried but still same no display problem. So its something related with the processor or motherboard.

that cpu will work just fine with ecc or non-ecc ram. Does your PC turn on in the first place? have they tried using a different PSU? does the mobo speaker give out any beep codes?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Have you tried going through something like this list? It could help - tech shops aren't known as being perfect.

Yes i have followed most of it except the static. The biostar motherboard should support my processor. I tried ram with all combinations possible. I got a mobo speaker installed but it doesnt beep at all. Cpu power is connected properly in the 4 pin. I aligned the processor properly without fail. there are bumps in my case which always keeps the motherboard raised so i don't think i need those standoffs. Yes i put the power cable for video card properly. Tried with different motherboards outside the case still same problem.
