I wonder if it's a DNS issue. Try pinging 8.8.8.8 then try pinging www.google.com if 8.8.8.8 works but www.google.com doesn't then it's probably a DNS issue which you could try flushing DNS, Disabling and re-enabling your network adapter, or restarting your computer.

 

If none of those help see if it's only your computer or everything on the network.

I dont think so, issue started after i downloaded bitdefender, likely changed my internet firewalls
