Gaming Headset for small heads

My wife's looking for a new gaming headset because the one she uses now has started to produce static electricity when she speaks into the mic. She's been using a Turtle Beach X12 and now she wants to upgrade to a wireless headset.

 

The only problem is, most gaming headsets we have are too small for her. I use a LG G35 which the top doesn't even rest on her head on the smallest settings. As well as an old Steelseries Siberia V2 that has either worn down enough that it doesn't properly fit her as well.

 

Anyone else have this problem with themselves or their friends or SO's?
