[Help]Windows 10 Xbox App - How can I show what PC games I'm playing to my friends list?

I see some people on my Xbox Live friends list showing as playing PC games, but I've asked people on my list if that feature is working for me, and apparently it doesn't show me as playing any games. I tried the search for game feature on the side bar, added "World of Warcraft", and added it. It shows under Recently Played now, but apparently I'm seen as playing "Xbox App" to my friends list. How can I get this feature to work?

While I’m not familiar with the app I would assume it to just be a setting you toggle similarly in Discord.
