Gpu not performing properly

I have an r9 280x and only getting 10fps on unigine heaven and all other games are slide shows. I have installed latest drivers and reset my pc what should i do.

use DDU (google it)  to make sure all drivers are gone and then install the latest drives for your card.

Download GPU-Z and upload screenshots of the different tabs. Most interesting is "PerfCap Reason".

If the graphics card is used then who knows what the guy you bought it from did with it. He could have dropped it from the top of his house. This is why I always buy new graphics cards.
