Everythig else looks fine though I'd swap out the CPU cooler for something like the Be Quiet! Pure Rock instead of the one you've chosen.

Everything looks good. That cooler will be just fine since your using an 8400 which is a lower wattage part and not able to be overclocked.

You don't need a CPU cooler because your CPU is not overclockable and comes with a stock cooler. You don't need a 650W PSU for this build, trade that out for a CX450m.

I would go with a B360 board and a slightly bigger case to drop the price down. Also, for not much more you can swap the 1050Ti for a 1060 6GB which will give you much more performance. For Ryzen I would wait just a tad longer for the Ryzen 2 and B450 and X470 boards to come out and go with that.
