New pc , installation windows 10 issues

I got a 1050ti and my old pc didn’t support it . I decided to buy a new mobo and a new CPU : i5 7400 , asus b250m-a prime , 16 gb ram . I booted a windows 10( media creation tool) on usb and when i try to install it , sometimes i reach the step where to choose what hdd to choose to install it , but most of the times i can’t even reach to the install window because i either get a blue recovery page saying that some files are corrupted or missing or i simply get a bsod that says something went wrong , we’ll restart it for you. Pls help , im rly disappointed and i think that smth doesn’t go along with the old hdd’s i had  but im not sure, in bios they are present and readable btw. Thanks
