Turned as in rotated while remaining on the CPU heatspreader? As long as you didn't break contact it should be fine as no air bubbles should have been introduced (which can cause hot spots), and judging by those temperatures you look fine.

If you are concerned about it and have some extra thermal paste on hand, then go ahead and reapply the thermal paste. Clean the old paste off with Isopropyl alcohol and apply some new thermal paste.

You'll be fine, just make sure that no thermal paste leaks out from when it was turned.

That would be feature and not issue when talking about 212. The way mounting is made causes that. It has single hinge in the middle to allow same mounting hardware to be used on several different sockets. It twists around that central point.

It's fine. You can even remove the heatsink and put it back without changing the paste and it would still be fine.
