NEED HELP, GOING CRAZY!!!!

i want to stream/cast from my pc to my smart tv, but when i cast a file from my pc to my tv it says it can't read or find the file. the file is a mp4 and it downloaded from piratebay (a movie), i also use playstv program that record when im playing games if i cast a file from that it start without any problem or any other file for that matter.

I have also tried putting the file i downloaded from piratebay in the same folder as playstv but still don't work, i even went so far that i converted the file to mp4 just make sure it really was a mp4 but still no success
