So I was subscribed to ltt on floatplane and have been for a while but only after having to call and okay the purchase through my bank because I live in the US and the Canadian purchase was suspicious. But today I tried to check new videos and found I was unsubscribed. I couldn't resubscribe because it is doing the same thing it was before rejecting the Canadian purchase and will have to call my bank again. Does anyone have any idea why I was booted? Is it region related and a problem with my bank or did this happen to other people?

I've not heard any other complaints like this recently and I know there are a lot of american subscribers so it is likely an isolated issue.

Have you tried working your way through here?

If it really is an issue with your bank though you'll have to work that out.

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

@Ryan_Vickers

Question: so When some talks about problems with Floatplane should you tell them to go to the Floatplane Support Thread or here ?

Direct them to the thread.  That way if it's ever updated, the link remains relevant.  It also will describe what the link above does, as well as provide additional information beyond that wizard.

If you subscribed through the forum, use the wizard linked above (or in the footer here).

If you subscribed through floatplane.com, you can try loging out and back in again - it often resolves problems.

If that doesn't solve it, you'll need to send an email to floatplanehelp@gmail.com.

I don't think it should count as a Canadian transaction, because the money goes to Stripe or PayPal (depending on whether you purchased here or on floatplane.com) who are based in the US.
