Neither, a corsair cxm 450/550W. That Hexa is literally on the worst tier lol, and the cxm is tier 5.

my budget is about 50$ or (400.000IDR-600.000IDR) and my country indonesia

look for a CX450/M, pure power 10 or superflower leadex silver, get it online if you have to just don't buy one that's low quality.
