3D application to design PC build

Hi, I was wondering if there are any free applications I could get to help me design a custom water loop in a case virtually.

I don't think there is anything that fits the bill, and if there was it would not likely be free/ easy to use. While there are many 3D design programs out there, most are not just drag and drop and will not be pre set up for this. This might be a job for the good old paper, pencil, and ruler.
