Browser history and anything your router might store are completely different.

Clearing your local browser history does nothing outside of clearing it on your computer, it has no impact on a router or anything else upstream logging user actions.

Your router might store logs for a period of time or until a certain amount of entries are reached and then just delete the oldest ones. Generally though a router will log connection attempts, attacks, etc. not where end users are going. Not saying it's not done and can't be done but usually consumer routers don't have enough storage space to store large logs with ip address connection history for very long.
