New Motherboard do I need to reinstall FreeNAS?

Okay so I had to use a bootable FreeNAS USB and used it to upgrade my FreeNAS OS USB stick.

I am using FreeNAS on a USB stick and moving from Motherboard A (which the FreeNAS was installed on) to Motherboard B. Do I need to reinstall the FreeNAS on the USB stick again on Motherboard B?

 

I stuck the same USB Stick from Motherboard A into Motherboard B and it's just stuck at a black screen with a blinking letter type thing you see on like CMD Prompt on the spot where you're typing.
