Is it save to use ddr4 with 1,4v? because when i pick my docp profile (3000mhz @1,35) and go to advanced settings it says its at 1,4v and not 1,35 like it says in the docp profile. Im a bit afraid about damaging the ram an the memory controler/ infinity fabric/ the CPU. on earlier bios versions the docp profile was running at 1,35v but also not stable ( only tested it once right after the release of ryzen)

My specs:

asus prime b350-plus

r5 1600

corsair vengeance ddr4 2x8gb 3000mhz kit

Your memory controller likely can't handle the memory at that speed. It's hit and miss with Ryzen as you probably know. I run the same type of memory on my R7 1700 and after applying an OC to my CPU, I can run the memory at 3066MHz at 1.35 volts no problem, but YMMV.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

and my question was more about if it works can it hurt something or is it safe to run it at those speeds? as far as i know is ryzen only spezified till 2666mhz, so will it damage something when i run it higher. when it wasnt stable at 1,35v it was only a problem at cold starts, once the pc was running and restarted at 3000mhz it would work just fine.
