[PCPartPicker part list](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/T76nHh) / [Price breakdown by merchant](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/T76nHh/by_merchant/)

What do you think about this?

Improvements?

I'm buying the parts in Sweden, but they have  25% taxes, so the prices vary from the ones on pcpartpicker.

Looks good. Don't see a problem with it.

Gpu price is horribly inflated, but that's todays market I'm afraid.

Solid build.

Oh wait. Do you have a case?

Didn't see the case in the list. All good.

The R5 1600/R5 2600 are better value, the i7 8700 makes way more sense to me than an 8600K

Why on earth are you paying $800 for a GTX 1080 though?

You don't need to buy windows either

What are you going to use your PC for and what's your monitor's resolution/refresh rate?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I'm mostly going to use it for gaming, I have three monitors with 60Hz refresh rate at 1920x1080.

Then there ya go, includes a case that actually has some airflow

Probably save the rest for a monitor upgrade or for a next generation GPU whenever they come out. Just OC the GTX 1070ti and it gets you 1080 tier performance.

Just use microsoft's media creation tool to get a windows 10 USB.

Of course Ryzen 2 launches in 9 days for a free 10% performance bump and newer/better X470 motherboards.
