Printer printing blanks, but only sometimes

Hey everyone,

 

I have an HP 7640 and for some reason i'm trying to figure out, it print things like docs and pdf's out of adobe just fine, but out of the browser, like the amazon return label, it just print blanks. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers through the HP utility, and im about to try doing it from windows control panel, I was just wondering if you guys had any advice.

Must be so field/setting left unchecked, since you got issue on one outlet and none on the other.
