my laptop has a weird issue. all of a sudden on Windows, my bluetooth isn't working. it says it's a driver issue, and there is a yellow sign on the icon in Device Manager. this happened randomly. i booted it up this morning, and noticed it.

i have Ubuntu linux installed on it as well, but that has no problems.

Sounds like a Bluetooth drive or stack issue. Did you try uninstalling the drivers, restart the system, and see if it works?

If that does not work, try installing the Bluetooth/wireless drivers of your laptop from the OEM website.
