-What am I going to need to send an RMA request?

"Include all modules of a memory kit for RMA. Memory kits are tested together to ensure
compatibility. Compatibility is not guaranteed if a partial kit is returned"

Even if just one DIMM is dead, include them all DIMMs. There likely closely matched for compatibility. You also must try and pack it in its original box and include accessories like memory fans IF they came with the memory.

-Will I be charged with the shipping costs?

"You are responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping your returned products. G.SKILL is not
responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. G.SKILL is not responsible for any
non-G.SKILL products received."

Looks like you're paying. Although not 100%.

This all comes in a PDF if you decide to open a RMA.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example.
